FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain properties known as 1801 East Oliver Street (Ward 08, Section 10, Block 1495, Lot 001) and 1731 Llewelyn Avenue (Ward 08, Section 10, Block 1494, Lot 101) and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That, in accordance with Article V, ยง 5(b) of the City Charter, the City Comptroller may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in the properties known as 1801 East Oliver Street (Ward 08, Section 10, Block 1495, Lot 001) and 1731 Llewelyn Avenue (Ward 08, Section 10, Block 1494, Lot 101), and more particularly described as follows:
The subject parcels, containing approximately 3.51 acres, are improved by several buildings of various sizes and utility and consist of paved and unpaved surfaces.
The properties will be used in accordance with all applicable laws, codes, and standards.
These properties being no longer needed for public use.
