FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain parcels of land known as a portion of 1900 Argonne Drive, Lot 2A, Block 5387 and a portion of Lot 2, Block 5387 and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That, in accordance with Article V, § 5(b) of the City Charter, the City Comptroller may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in certain parcels of land known as a portion of 1900 Argonne Drive, Lot 2A, Block 5387 and a portion of Lot 2, Block 5387, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning for Parcel No. 1, at the northeast corner of Lot 2A, of City Block Plat 5387, said point being distant 390.00 feet from the north side of Argonne Drive, as now laid out 80 feet wide, said point being referenced to the Baltimore City Coordinate System, with a coordinate value of North 16057.020 East 9453.505 and running thence along the easternmost side of said Lot 2A, South 04? 00’ 00” West 162.94 feet; thence for a ...
