FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in a certain parcel of land known as the Quarantine Road Interchange/Truck Check Weigh Station and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That, in accordance with Article V, § 5(b) of the City Charter, the City Comptroller may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in a certain parcel of land known as the Quarantine Road Interchange/Truck Check Weigh Station, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning for a Fee Parcel at the point formed by the intersection of the north Right of Way Line Through Highway for the Quarantine Road Interchange/Truck Check Weigh Station, known as Ramp “M”, and the northwest side of Quarantine Road, as now laid out 120 feet wide, having a coordinate value of East 1,437,164.395 feet and North 560,924.960 feet, and running thence binding on the northwest side of said Quarantine Road, South 18? 44’ 16” West 304.73 feet to intersect the northeast Right of Way Line of Through H...
