Sale of Property - Portion of the Former Bed of a 4-Foot Alley Extending from West Eager Street
For the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in a certain parcel of land known as a portion of the former bed of a 4-foot alley, extending from West Eager Street southerly 75 feet, more or less, to the property outline known as 13/15 West Eager Street, and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.

Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That, in accordance with Article V, ยง 5(b) of the City Charter, the City Comptroller may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in a certain parcel of land known as a portion of the former bed of a 4-foot alley, extending from West Eager Street southerly 75 feet, more or less, to the property outline known as 13/15 West Eager Street, and more particularly described as follows:
