Planned Unit Development - Amending Ordinance 16-487
For the purpose of amending Ordinance 16-487, which repealed the existing Development Plan for the Canton Crossing Planned Unit Development and approved a new Development Plan for the Canton Crossing Planned Unit Development, to conform the dates of certain exhibit sheets to the dates of the exhibit sheets that were signed by the Mayor and attached to and made part of the Ordinance; and providing for a special effective date.

Recitals
Council Bill 16-0633 {Ordinance 16-487} and the exhibit sheets dated May 11, 2016, which were attached to and made part of the Ordinance, were signed into law by the Mayor. It was subsequently discovered that the date for 3 of the exhibit sheets had not been amended in the text of the Ordinance, although that had been the intention of the City Council’s Land Use and Transportation Committee. This Ordinance is needed to amend the dates of the 3 exhibit sheets to conform to what was originally intended and to what was signed into law by the Mayor.
Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

Section 3. And be it further ordained, That the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore approves the replacement of the Planned Unit Development and approves the new Development Plan submitted by the Applicant, as attached to and made part of this Ordinance, including:
(a) Sheet 1, “Existing Conditions Plan”, dated [February 29, 2016] May 11, 2016;
(b) Sheet 2, “Development Plan”, dated [February 29, 2016] May 11, 2016;
