For the purpose of requiring the Health Commissioner, during the pendency of a declared health emergency, to publish certain aggregate data on the City’s website regarding Baltimore City residents diagnosed with an infectious disease and those City residents who have died from that infectious disease; requiring that the published data be disaggregated by race, gender, age, and zip code; and providing for a special effective date.

(a) Scope.
The requirements of this section only apply if:
(1) either:
(i) the Governor has issued a proclamation declaring a catastrophic health emergency under Title 14, Subtitle 3A of the State Public Safety Article {“Governor’s Health Emergency Powers”}; or
(ii) the Mayor has issued an order or proclamation declaring a state of emergency under § 14-111 {“Local state of emergency”} of the State Public Safety Article;
