(A) IN GENERAL.

IN THIS SUBTITLE, THE FOLLOWING TERMS HAVE THE MEANINGS INDICATED.

(B) DIRECTOR.

"DIRECTOR" OR "DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS" MEANS THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS OR THE DIRECTOR'S DESIGNEE.
