FOR the purpose of permitting, subject to certain conditions, the establishment, maintenance, and operation of a home for the rehabilitation of non-bedridden alcoholics and substance abusers on the property known as 14 South Broadway, as outlined in red on the accompanying plat.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That permission is granted for the establishment, maintenance, and operation of a home for the rehabilitation of non-bedridden alcoholics and substance abusers on the property known as 14 South Broadway, as outlined in red on the plat accompanying this Ordinance, in accordance with Baltimore City Zoning Code §§ 6-309(7) and 14-102 and Health Code §3-102, subject to the following conditions:

1. The maximum number of beds is 10.

2. There will be 1 residential counselor on the property.
