FOR the purpose of authorizing the release and surrender by the Mayor and City Council
of Baltimore of all of its interests in and to a 10-foot wide right-of-way granted to the City of Baltimore through the property of Midtown Baltimore LLC, the location and course of the 10-foot wide right-of-way to be released being shown on a plat thereof numbered RW 20-35538 prepared by the Survey Control Section; and providing for a special effective date.

Recitals

WHEREAS, by Agreement dated September 29, 1975, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber R.H.B. No. 3295, Folio 243, Bethlehem Steel Corporation granted to the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore the right-of-way shown on Plat RW 20-35538, dated March 24, 1975, which plat is recorded with the Agreement; and

WHEREAS, the right-of-way hereinafter described is no longer needed for public use, the public utility that had previously been there having been abandoned and/or relocated to another right-of-way that was granted to the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore.
