SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

Subtitle 7. Preservation Districts

ยง 7-1. Mount Vernon District.

The area located within the boundaries set forth in this section is hereby declared to be an
Historical and Architectural Preservation District, and may be referred to as "Mount Vernon Historical and Architectural Preservation District":


[Beginning for the same at the point formed by the intersection of the line of the centerline of Hamilton Street and the centerline of Park Avenue, and running thence binding on the centerline of Park Avenue, Northerly 253 feet, more or less, to the centerline of Centre Street;...
