Sale of Property - Parcels of Land Lying Within the Loch Raven Watershed
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain parcels of land being a part of Loch Raven Watershed, Baltimore County, as shown on Plat 116-A-5G filed in the Office of the Department of Public Works, and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That, in accordance with Article V, ยง 5(b) of the City Charter, the City Comptroller may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in certain parcels of land situate in Baltimore County, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning for Fee Parcel No. 1 at the point formed by the intersection of the south side of Paper Mill Road , as now laid out, and the south side of the western approach road to the old Paper Mill Road Bridge, and running thence binding on the south side of said Paper Mill Road, Easterly by an arc curving to the left with a radius of 529.29 feet the distance of 119.9 feet, more or less, to intersect the north side of the western approach road to said Bridge; thence binding on the north, northwest a...
