East Baltimore Development, Inc. (EBDI) is a non-profit organization charged with leading and managing the $800 million revitalization of an 80- acre portion of East Baltimore and works with support from many partners including Baltimore City, the State of Maryland, and a number of local civic groups and charitable foundations.
