SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the following provisions of the Code are repealed:

Article 5 - Finance, Property, and Procurement

Sections 11-1 through 11-7, inclusive, and the subtitle designation

"Subtitle 11.  Vehicle Liability Self-Insurance Program"

SECTION 2.  AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance takes effect on the date it is enacted, retroactive to the effective date of Ordinance 86-750 {"Self-Insurance Fund"}.
