FOR the purpose of requiring a traffic study as a condition for certain building and zoning authorizations; defining certain terms; correcting, clarifying, and conforming certain language; and generally relating to the requirements and procedures for building permits, zoning authorizations, use permits, modifications and continuances of nonconforming uses, conditional uses, legislative authorizations, and other building and zoning code permits and authorizations.
