Sale of Property - A Portion of Wells Street
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in a certain parcel of land known as a portion of the former bed of Wells Street, contiguous to the south side thereof, and extending from Light Street easterly to the former bed of Johnson Street, and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That, in accordance with Article V, ยง 5(b) of the City Charter, the City Comptroller may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in a certain parcel of land known as a portion of the former bed of Wells Street, contiguous to the south side thereof, and extending from Light Street easterly to the former bed of Johnson Street, and more particularly described as follows:
