Urban Renewal - Coldspring Neighborhood Development Program - Amendment __
FOR the purpose of amending the Urban Renewal Plan for Coldspring Neighborhood Development Program to provide that the provisions of the Cylburn Hills Planned Unit Development supercede the provisions of the Urban Renewal Plan; waiving certain content and procedural requirements; making the provisions of this Ordinance severable; providing for the application of this Ordinance in conjunction with certain other ordinances; and providing for a special effective date.

Recitals
The Urban Renewal Plan for Coldspring Neighborhood Development Program Urban Renewal Area was originally approved by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore by Ordinance 73-242 and last amended by Ordinance 97-175.
An amendment to the Urban Renewal Plan for Coldspring Neighborhood Development Program Urban Renewal Area is necessary to provide that the provisions of the Cylburn Hills Planned Unit Development supercede the provisions of the Urban Renewal Plan.
