(F) ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE.
AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE MAY BE USED TO EXECUTE A CITATION AND TO SERVE AS AN AFFIRMATION, UNDER PENALTIES OF PERJURY, THAT THE FACTS STATED IN THE CITATION ARE TRUE.
