SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That permission is hereby granted for the establishment, maintenance, and operation of a home for [49] 100 homeless persons on the property known as 140 W. West Street, as outlined in red on the plats accompanying this [ordinance] ORDINANCE, [under the provisions of Sections 4.7-1d-3 and 11.0-6d of Article 30 of the Baltimore City Code (1983 Replacement Volume, as amended) title Zoning] IN ACCORDANCE WITH ZONING CODE §§ 4-1004(3) AND 14-102 OF THE BALTIMORE CITY CODE.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance takes effect on the 30th day after the date it is enacted.
