Sale of Property - A Portion of the Former Bed of Lancaster Street
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in a certain parcel of land known as a portion of the former bed of Lancaster Street and extending from the southwest side of President Street westerly and northwesterly to the south side of Aliceanna Street and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That, in accordance with Article V, ยง 5(b) of the City Charter, the City Comptroller may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in a certain parcel of land known as a portion of the former bed of Lancaster Street and extending from the southwest side of President Street westerly and northwesterly to the south side of Aliceanna Street and more particularly described as follows:
