FOR the purpose of permitting, subject to certain conditions, the establishment, maintenance, and operation of a restaurant: drive-in on the property known as 5711 Belair Road, as outlined in red on the accompanying plat.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That permission is granted for the establishment, maintenance, and operation of a restaurant: drive-in on the property known as 5711 Belair Road, as outlined in red on the plat accompanying this Ordinance, in accordance with Baltimore City Zoning Code ยงยง 6-409(4) and 14-102, subject to the following conditions:

1. The entire exterior must be provided with daytime-like lighting.

2. No payphones may be on the property.

3. The windows of the building must provide interior visibility to police patrol cars traveling on Belair Road.

4. No wall or structure may be retained or provided that would encourage non-customers to loiter in the area.

5. A picket fence must enclose the area, with the fence height on the east side of the property being cons...
