SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Department of Public Works shall proceed to condemn and close certain streets lying within the Uplands Apartment Complex and bounded by Edmondson Avenue, Athol Avenue, Pen-Lucy Road, and Uplands Parkway, and more particularly described as follows:

Beginning for Parcel No. 1 at the point formed by the intersection of the southwest side of Old Frederick Road, 60 feet wide, and the south side of Edmondson Avenue, 150 feet wide, and running thence binding on the south side of said Edmondson Avenue, North 82° 24’ 01” East 98.53 feet to intersect the northeast side of said Old Frederick Road; thence binding on the northeast side of said Old Frederick Road, the two following c...
