A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL concerning

Solid Waste Management Plan - Amendment
FOR the purpose of amending the Solid Waste Management Plan for Baltimore City to add L&J Waste Recycling, L.L.C., to the descriptions of waste disposal facilities locations that are included in the Plan and to the list of recycling companies and facilities that are included in the Plan; and providing for a special effective date.

Recitals
The current Solid Waste Management Plan for Baltimore City was adopted by Resolution 03041. Section 3.4 of the Plan describes waste disposal facilities locations that are included in the approved Plan, and Appendix B of the Plan lists the recycling companies and facilities that are included in the approved Plan
The Department of Public Works recommends that L&J Waste Recycling, L.L.C., be added to Section 3.4 and Appendix B of the Solid Waste Management Plan.
SECTION 1. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That:
(a) Section 3.4 of the Solid Waste Management Plan for Baltimore City is amended to add L&J Waste Recycling, L.L.C., 222 N. Calverton Road, Baltimore, Maryland, to the descriptions of waste disposal facilities locations that are included in the approved Plan; and
