SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

Subtitle 16. Planning Commission
§ 16-3. PENALTIES FOR SUBDIVISION VIOLATIONS.
(A) IN GENERAL.
ANY PERSON WHO VIOLATES ANY PROVISION OF CITY CHARTER ARTICLE VII, § 75 THROUGH § 78 {“DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING: SUBDIVISIONS”} OR OF ANY RULE OR REGULATION ADOPTED UNDER THOSE SECTIONS IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND, ON CONVICTION, IS SUBJECT TO A FINE OF NOT MORE THAN $500 FOR EACH OFFENSE.
(B) EACH DAY A SEPARATE OFFENSE.
EACH DAY THAT A VIOLATION CONTINUES IS A SEPARATE OFFENSE.
