SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

§ 2-103. City modifications.
The additions, deletions, amendments, and other modifications adopted by the City are as follows:
Chapter 1. Administration
Section 109 Fees
109.5 Service charges.
109.5.7 Application fee. Before an application for any permit or certificate is processed, the applicant must pay a nonrefundable application fee as follows:
1. FOR APPLICATIONS THAT DO NOT REQUIRE THE SUBMISSION OF PLANS OR DRAWINGS:
A. [1.] 1- and 2-family dwellings $25
B. [2]. All others $50
2. FOR APPLICATIONS THAT REQUIRE THE SUBMISSION OF PLANS OR DRAWINGS:
A. 1- AND 2-FAMILY DWELLINGS $125
B. ALL OTHERS $150
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That the catchlines contained in this Ordinance are not law and may not be considered to have been enacted as a part of this or any prior Ordinance.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance takes effect on May 1, 2012.
