(1) THE OWNER OF REAL PROPERTY BEING OFFERED FOR SALE; OR

(2) A REAL ESTATE AGENT, ATTORNEY, LENDER, OR OTHER PERSON ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY BEING OFFERED FOR SALE.
