FOR the purpose of changing the name of the Councilwoman Rita R. Church Pavilion and Recreation Center, located on the southwest side of Saint Lo Drive between Harford Road and Sinclair Lane in Block 4199, Lot 001, more definitely described as 900 feet, more or less, southeast from the intersection of Saint Lo Drive and Harford Road, to the Councilwoman Rita R. Church Community Center.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the name of the Councilwoman Rita R. Church Pavilion and Recreation Center, located on the southwest side of Saint Lo Drive between Harford Road and Sinclair Lane in Block 4199, Lot 001, more definitely described as 900 feet, more or less, southeast from the intersection of Saint Lo Drive and Harford Road, is changed to the Councilwoman Rita R. Church Community Center.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance takes effect on the 30th day after the date it is enacted.
