SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

Subtitle 34. Minors - Daytime and Nighttime Curfews

§ 343. Prohibited conduct of minors — nighttime curfew.

(a) Scope of section.

This section does not apply to a minor:

(1) accompanied by the minor’s parent;
