SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore consents to and approves the petition to extend the Metropolitan District of Baltimore County to a tract of land, consisting of approximately 8.632 acres, located in the 8th Election District of Baltimore County in the vicinity of the west side of Pot Spring Road, south of Old Bosley Road, as more particularly shown on the plat labeled Extension 164 and filed with the Department of Public Works of Baltimore County.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance takes effect on the date it is enacted.
