  BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Council's Taxation, Finance and Economic Development Committee is hereby authorized to summon witnesses and require the production of books, records, and papers and administer oaths in order that the Committee may examine the conduct of the City's red light and speed camera programs, as well as the role and actions of the Law Department in the operation, assessment, and termination of the City's contracts for those programs.
