SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That, in accordance with Article V, § 5(b) of the City Charter, the City Comptroller may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in a certain parcel of land known as the former bed of a portion of 62nd Street, extending from the eastern boundary line of Baltimore City Westerly 364 feet, more or less, and Southwesterly 470 feet, more or less, and more particularly described as follows:

Beginning for the same at the point on the northwest side of 62nd Street (60 feet wide) and designated as LC32 as shown on “Final Subdivision Plat Three, Hollander 95 Business Park” dated November 2, 2005, to be recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City, Maryland in Plat Packet F.M.C....
