SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That permission is granted for the establishment, maintenance, and operation of a convalescent, nursing, and rest home (assisted living) on the property known as 3617-19 Seven Mile Lane, as outlined in red on the plat accompanying this Ordinance, in accordance with Baltimore City Zoning Code ยงยง 4-804 and 14-102, subject to the following conditions:

1. The maximum number of residents is [12] 22.
