SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

Article 6. Historical and Architectural Preservation

Subtitle 13. Landmark List - 2010s

ยง 13-35. OLMSTED PARKWAYS.

(A) THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY OF THE 2600-3200 BLOCKS OF THE ALAMEDA;

(B) THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY OF THE 0000-1800 BLOCKS OF 33RD STREET; AND

(C) THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY OF THE 1600-3900 BLOCKS OF THE GWYNNS FALLS PARKWAY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That the catchlines contained in this Ordinance are not law and may not be considered to have been enacted as a part of this or any prior Ordinance.



SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance takes effect on the 30th day after the date it is enacted.
