Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That, in accordance with Article V, ยง 5(b) of the City Charter, the City Comptroller may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in a certain parcel of land known as the former bed of a portion of a 10-foot alley lying between North Milton Avenue and Rose Street, extending from North Milton Avenue easterly 107.2 feet, more or less, to the west outline of the property known as 2439 North Avenue, and more particularly described as follows:
