Chapter 32. Encroachments into the Public Right-of-Way

Section 3201. General

3201.4 Drainage generally. Drainage may not be discharged from private property on to the public right-of-way except through piping to a storm drain, to a street or alley, or to some other water course approved by the Department of Public Works.

3201.4.1 Limitations. [Drainage] Notwithstanding the exceptions in § 3201.4, drainage may not be discharged from private property:
