By repealing and reordaining, with amendments                          

Ordinance 18-170

Section(s) 2

 

Section 1.  Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

 

                     Ordinance 18-170

 

Section 2.  And be it further ordained, That the permission granted by this Ordinance applies through April 19, [2018] 2022; and, after that date with no further action by the Mayor and City Council, this permission will be abrogated and of no further effect.

 

Section 2.  And be it further ordained, That this Ordinance takes effect when it is enacted.
