Sale of Property - A Portion of South Boston Street, Extending from South Haven Street
For the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in a certain parcel of land known as a variable width portion of Boston Street extending from South Haven Street, Westerly 723.60 feet, more or less, and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.

Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That, in accordance with Article V, § 5(b) of the City Charter, the City Comptroller may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in a certain parcel of land known as a variable width portion of Boston Street extending from South Haven Street, Westerly 723.60 feet, more or less, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning for Parcel No. 1 at the point formed by the intersection of the west side of S. Haven Street and the north side of Boston Street; thence binding on the west side of S. Haven Street, projected southerly, South 02° 53’ 34” East 99.72 feet; thence for new lines of division, the four following courses and distances, namely (1) South 86° 57’34” West 656.73 feet; (2) N 66° 04’ 33” West 18.16 feet; (3) South 86° 57’ 37” West 50....
