Informational Hearing - Illegal Disposal of Used Tires

For the purpose of inviting the Director of Public Works and the Director of the Department of Housing and Community Development’s Code Enforcement Division to meet with the City Council to discuss the scope of illegal disposal of used tires in the City, problems that arise as a result of illegal disposal of used tires, and proposed solutions to illegal disposal of used tires.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the City Council of Baltimore, That the City Council invites the Director of Public Works and the Director of the Department of Housing and Community Development’s Code Enforcement Division to meet with the City Council to discuss the scope of illegal disposal of used tires in the City, problems that arise as a result of illegal disposal of used tires, and proposed solutions to illegal disposal of used tires.

 

And be it further resolved, That a copy of this Resolution be sent to the Director of Public Works, the Director of the Department of Housing and Community Development’s Code Enforcement Division, and the Mayor’s Legislative Liaison to the City Council.
