  SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

§ 8-102.  City modifications.
 
The additions, deletions, amendments, and other modifications adopted by the City are as follows:

Section 308  Open Flames
 
308.1.4  Open-flame cooking devices.  Charcoal burners and other open-flame cooking devices shall not be operated on combustible balconies or within 10 feet (3048 mm) of any combustible construction or property line.
 
        Exceptions:  {Not Adopted}
