(C) NO REGISTRATION FEE FOR USERS.
A USER MAY NOT BE CHARGED ANY FEES FOR REGISTRATIONS OR RENEWALS OF REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED BY THIS SECTION.
§ 88. False alarm fees.
(b) Fee Schedule.
After 2 false alarms in any 12-month period, a false alarm fee is imposed for each false alarm, based on the following schedule:
