(A) “SCHOOL VEHICLE” DEFINED.
(1) IN GENERAL.
IN THIS SECTION, “SCHOOL VEHICLE” MEANS ANY MOTOR VEHICLE THAT:
(I) IS USED FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF CHILDREN, STUDENTS, OR TEACHERS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES; AND
(II) IS EITHER:
