IN THIS SUBTITLE, THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS INDICATED.
(B) BACVA
"BACVA" MEANS THE BALTIMORE AREA CONVENTION AND VISITORS ASSOCIATION.
(C) BOARD.
"BOARD" MEANS THE BOARD OF THE DIRECTORS OF THE BALTIMORE CONVENTION CENTER BOARD.
(D) CENTER
"CENTER" MEANS BALTIMORE CONVENTION CENTER.
