Recitals

The legislation provides a State loan for the proposed long term care facility at Stadium Place. The Govans Ecumenical Development Corporation (GEDCO) is engaged in the continuing development of Stadium Place. In 2005, The Johns Hopkins Bayview Care Center donated 49 expiring Comprehensive Care Facility bed licenses to GEDCO from its long term care facility.
