§ 34-1. DEFINITIONS.
(A) IN GENERAL.
IN THIS SUBTITLE, THE FOLLOWING TERMS HAVE THE MEANINGS INDICATED.
(B) REAL-TIME.
“REAL-TIME” MEANS ACCURATE TO WITHIN 15 MINUTES OR LESS.
(C) SNOW EMERGENCY.
“SNOW EMERGENCY” MEANS ANY TIME THAT PHASE I OR HIGHER OF THE BALTIMORE SNOW EMERGENCY PLAN IS IN EFFECT.
