Sale of Property - 732 West Lexington Street
For the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain property known as 732 West Lexington Street (Block 0586, Lot 002) and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.

Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That, in accordance with Article II, § 15(c) of the City Charter, the Commissioner of Housing and Community Development may sell, at either public or private sale, all the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in the property known as 732 West Lexington Street (Block 0586, Lot 002), and more particularly described as follows:
The subject parcel (Block 0586, Lot 002) is an unimproved parcel of land located in the Poppleton Urban Renewal Area, consisting of approximately 63,641 square feet, more or less.
This property being no longer needed for public use.
Section 2. And be it further ordained, That no deed may pass under this Ordinance unless the deed has been approved by the City Solicitor.
Section 3. And be it further ordained, That this Ordinance takes effect on the date it is enacted.
