Transit and Traffic - Impeding Traffic by School Grounds
FOR the purpose of increasing the fine, without requiring a prior warning, for vehicles that park, stop, or stand in a manner that obstructs or impedes the free flow of traffic by school grounds during certain hours; clarifying, correcting, and conforming related language; and generally relating to the imposition of fines for obstructing or impeding the free flow of vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
