For the purpose of repealing Ordinance 11-571, as amended by Ordinances 12-13 and 12-86, which designated certain properties as a Business Planned Unit Development known as The District at Canton Crossing; and providing for a special effective date.

Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That Ordinance 11-571, as amended by Ordinances 12-13 and 12-86, is repealed, and the authority conferred in that Ordinance to designate certain properties as a Business Planned Unit Development known as The District at Canton Crossing is rescinded.
Section 2. And be it further ordained, That this Ordinance takes effect when it is enacted.
