Section 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, That the Department of Transportation shall proceed to condemn and open North Castle Street and 4 alleys of varying widths lying between East Eager Street, North Chester Street, Ashland Avenue, and North Washington Street, and more particularly described as follows:
