FOR the purpose of naming the pavilion in Clifton Park, located on the southwest side of Saint Lo Drive between Harford Road and Sinclair Lane in Block 4199, Lot 001, more definitely described as 900 feet, more or less, southeast from the intersection of Saint Lo Drive and Harford Road, to be the Councilwoman Rita R. Church Pavilion and Recreation Center.

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the pavilion in Clifton Park, located on the southwest side of Saint Lo Drive between Harford Road and Sinclair Lane in Block 4199, Lot 001, more definitely described as 900 feet, more or less, southeast from the intersection of Saint Lo Drive and Harford Road, is named the Councilwoman Rita R. Church Pavilion and Recreation Center.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance takes effect on the 30th day after the date it is enacted.
