SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

Subtitle 30. Health Care Services Providers

§ 30-3. REQUIREMENTS FOR PRESCRIPTION DRUG PLAN.

A PERSON IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE AWARD OF ANY CONTRACT FOR SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE CITY'S SELF-INSURED PRESCRIPTION DRUG PROGRAM IF, AS A RESULT OF AN AUDIT CONDUCTED BY OR FOR THE CITY IN CONNECTION WITH A PREVIOUS CONTRACT WITH THE CITY, THAT PERSON WAS FOUND TO BE DEFICIENT FOR ANY AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF $100,000.
