SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE, That the Laws of Baltimore City read as follows:

Article 15. Licensing and Regulation

Subtitle 17. Street Vendors

ยงย 1715. TERM; RENEWAL; Fees.

(A) TERM.

UNLESS RENEWED, A LICENSE EXPIRES ANNUALLY ON JUNE 30.

(B) RENEWAL.

(1) TO RENEW A LICENSE, THE LICENSEE MUST APPLY NO LESS THAN 30 DAYS NOR MORE THAN 60 DAYS BEFORE THE LICENSE EXPIRES.

(2) THE RENEWAL APPLICATION MUST:



(I) BE IN THE FORM AND CONTAIN THE INFORMATION THAT THE BOARD REQUIRES; AND

(II) BE VERIFIED IN THE SAME MANNER AS REQUIRED FOR AN INITIAL APPLICATION.

(3) THE BOARD MUST REFUSE TO RENEW A LICENSE IF:

(I) THE LICENSE WAS ISSUED FOR A SPECIFIED LOCATION OR AREA; AND
